The department for Education are launching a new internship scheme on 8th May 2023, offering 12 month paid placements in government departments for care leavers.
The scheme aims to give care leavers opportunities to develop and enhance their work-based skills and be a launch pad for a successful working life, giving a voice in the heart of government.
