With low numbers of care experienced learners progressing into HE, providing young people with peer role models they can relate to is known to have a positive impact. Working collaboratively with Sussex Learning Network Uni Connect, students from the University of Sussex, University of Salford, University of Sunderland, University of Southampton and Bournemouth University, created this video to share their experiences, challenges, support and advice. This video was funded through the Office for Students Uni Connect programme which aims to reduce the gap in higher education participation between the most and least represented groups.
