UCAS Support for care experienced people taking apprenticeships
You can now apply for apprenticeships through UCAS. UCAS, working with NNECL have outlined everything you need to consider as a care experienced students applying for an apprenticeship including, support and advice, accommodation and talking about your background.

Moving on Up Network
Moving On Up is a collaboration of like-minded organisations who are working to support an increase in care experienced young people accessing apprenticeships.
We are working with the apprenticeship sector to encourage everyone to recognise the unique circumstances of care experienced young people, and to build support into the programme design.
