She is skilled at generating widespread change initiatives, large team management, building new partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities for innovation and profitability. She is incredibly passionate about leading continuous improvement initiatives to minimise environmental/ social impacts and promote culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

Over the years, she has become adept at executing large scale projects to drive adoption and transformation. She is a refined communicator with proven ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, delivering multi-million value solutions routed in strong governance.

She now leads the skills, regeneration & employment portfolio at Thames Freeport, a newly created special economic zone. It is a unique, once-in-a-generation opportunity to stimulate trade, drive innovation, support energy transition, and transform the lives of people in London and the boroughs to its east. Her portfolio drives the creation of 22,000 jobs, improves educational attainment across all skill-levels across the freeport area and rejuvenates the community by helping them build a global employability profile at home.
